I work in London but travel regularly to Edinburgh and Hamburg, Germany. When I am in Europe, it is always a positive seeing the UK get the recognition it deserves as one of the global leaders in wind power.
The best part about my job is meeting and working with passionate and friendly people in the offshore wind industry, and applying the skills and knowledge I’ve gained from my previous experience into my current role.
My role consists of meeting potential clients and suppliers and responding to tenders for projects they are involved in until contract signature.
One of my other responsibilities is to ensure that Senvion is informed about the evolving political landscape in the UK for offshore wind with regard to Electricity Market Reform.
