I support the safe and cost-effective delivery of projects; interfacing between clients, suppliers and internal departments. This involves facilitating the application of the appropriate wind farm, oil & gas and construction operations and Best Practices as well as exploring initiatives and developing processes, procedures, techniques and relationships to enhance Seajacks’ operations capability in line with HSEQ policies and strategic plans.

Everyday always brings different challenges. I love seeing a project from the very start go all the way through to finalising with the end goal. The enthusiasm in this industry is also very exciting as realistically I have a long time to go within it.
